Meditation is a simple spiritual practice that helps in:
- Reducing Stress
- Developing inner stillness
- Increasing self awareness
- Opening the heart and mind to Divine Presence
The meditation style uses a simple mantra (prayer word) meditation. At each session there is time for instruction, practice and questions. All people are welcome. Drop in once, or make this a regular part of your university experience. This is a free service to the campus community through UVic Multifaith Services. Facilitated by Henri Lock, United Church Chaplain.
