Yoga for Meditation – Mondays, 3:30 – 4:20 at the Interfaith Chapel.

“Movement Skills for Sitting”: Hōyū (Tommi) will guide a gentle 50 minute yoga practice to warm up the joints and muscles in preparation for the ‘Learn to Meditate’ session starting at 4:30pm. Please layer with warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Hōyū (Tommi) combines her skills as an Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga and her meditation practice as a Novice with Zenwest Buddhist Society. If you can come at 3:15 for set up, it would help tremendously! Drop-in. Free. No registration needed.
