Every so often, a group of students get together to arrange a meditation hike to explore some of the most beautiful natural places in the area! Past hikes include Mt Doug (PKOLS), Mystic Beach, and Pender Island. These friendly, social outings are a great way to make new friends, explore this beautiful area, get some fresh air and exercise, and reconnect with nature. Often at the end of the hike, the group will share a short meditation either on top of a mountain, at a beach by the ocean, in a meadow, or some other breath-taking location. And there is often the opportunity for yoga, swimming, swinging, climbing, or other adventures!
